Ms. Duran began her career as Special Search and Recovery Agent to combat global sex trafficking. Her dedication to tackling high-profile cases, including corporate theft, insurance fraud, and other criminal enterprises is only surpassed by her commitment to aiding youth through human trafficking, missing persons, child abuse, and child custody cases.
As a Board-Certified Bi-Lingual Criminal Defense Investigator and Mitigation Specialist, Ms. Duran brings nearly twenty five years of experience to bear on highly complex cases requiring a deep understanding and of investigation tactics including human intelligence, surveillance, and undercover operations.
During her career she has also recovered millions of dollars in restitution by investigating and analyzing financial documents resulting in false invoicing by insurance companies, doctors, facilities, and transportation operators.
As a Certified Human Trafficking Investigator for UNESCO, her extensive volunteer work is where she brings the full weight of her industry experience and network to bear advocating for victims with the following organizations:
